Computer Maintenance and Support Services

One Touch Computer Services offer annual On-site Computer Maintenance Contracts for hardware, software and Network support. The contract includes the repair/replacement of all parts, labour and travel costs.

We also offer an alternative to an annual Maintenance contract, an ad-hoc on-site pay as you go hardware repair service

Hardware Maintenance Contract

The standard maintenance contract agreement specifies a maximum response time of within 24 hours from the initial call log of the fault. The contract provides an on-site repair service which includes all parts, labour and travel costs.

The hardware maintenance contract includes Hardware maintenance cover specified, network infrastructure support and operating system support.


After Sales Support

All Computer systems sold by One Touch Computer Services include Technical support and a one year On-site maintenace contract. All calls made to One Touch support are logged and once the serial number of the system is confirmed, an engineer will assist you with your problem. 

Ad-hoc on-site pay as you go hardware repair and upgrade services.

Callout an Engineer for Installation assistance, PC & Laptop repairs, screen repairs, upgrades and general system preventative maintenance services. There is no initial call out fee and a no fix no fee policy on all ad-hoc call outs. Full payment will be expected upon the successful completion of the repair / upgrade service.
